0.00... never received magazines. Claim they dont recognize my password. Claim they'll send rest on my email. Did not. SCAM SCAM SCAM

This company has changed. I used them previously and never had a problem. Now I cannot contact anyone. The contact form does not work, none of the links in the emails they send work, and you can only call during a small window on PST. I just want to cancel a subscription. Get your magazines elsewhere / not worth the hassle.

I won a free subscription to 6 magazines of my choice, by completing a survey, only pay some low price for shipping. I gave my Pay Pal info. I was excited. Apparently, I. Missed the fine print. I was charged about $65 for these "free" magazines. I never called to cancel. A few months later, they pull $65 again for renewal of 4 of these magazines. I call to cancel, interact with an automated system and can't get a refund. Instead, I will get the magazines I just paid for and will not be charged in the future. Rip off!

*Update* I called Magazine Service Center/Synapse at *******721 and within seconds the rep canceled my subscription and issed a refund. I got the refund within a couple of days. I uograded the review from one star to two for that reason.

Ordered a magazine and never received it.
I ordered this magazine in November contacted them a week ago 02-11-2021 they said give it a few days we contacted the magazine to see whats wrong.
Few days later get a email we are still working to see where your magazine is, i wrote back maybe if the cant answer you within a week maybe i should cancel that's not good business practice they said give a few days today 2-23-2021 i get a email we are working to get your subscription filled. Wait what?
You are telling me i ordered this in November and they have not even filled it yet?
I wrote back told them they were a sham and never put my order through and return my money now not in a month or two weeks NOW.
They are worthless and should not be trusted.

I received a promotional offer and purchased 4 magazines (12 month subscriptions) last October. When I noticed the renewal charges on my PayPal account, I called Dec 1 to cancel the subscriptions. Each one was over $20 each. They are only giving me a $42.50 refund because they said the $84.78 charge was for a 6 month subscription! I told them their charges were double the cost of each yearly subscription. Representative said that's what the publishers charge them. Liar! I could understand charging a small amount for the November issues they may have sent me, but half the amount?
Don't waste your money or time with this company. Purchase directly from the publisher of whatever magazine you choose rather than this company. Thumbs down for Mags.com!

Trying to cancel your subscription on the phone is not possible. Theifs. Stay away stay away stay away

They are thief's and will charge anyway possible to get your money even when you have a one year subscription

Bought the scrip to Dwell in August 2020 through American Airlines - got the points for the purchase. It's mid November and it still hasn't come - no one to call and I doubt they'll run this

Just like others I never received the suscriptions I bought. Then, when auto renew took money from my account, they claimed to have no record of me and told me to contact the publisher. The Paypal record clearly showed it was Magazines.com. That received payment. Don't do business with this company.

Talked to a phony robot, very creepy and manipulative. Don't use this sight! Or sign for it in the store. Very bad decision.

Ordered a "bargain" subscription from them. 2 issues came then stopped. Tried to contact them by email and the only response was to be put on their mailing list to get numerous offers to subscribe for other "bargains." If you don't want to throw your money away, stay with the publisher! I appeealed to "Time" mag and they have no record of my subscription!

I've literally been a person who's read your magazine and loved it since I was 10 years old. As of the past 8 years I've noticed a complete downhill turn of your magazine because it's always dark, evil connotations and just didn't look like it was about fashion any longer and has all this odd esoteric illuminati symbols all the time. I will never buy your magazine again because you put that criminal, liar, horrible person Dr. Fauci on the cover of your magazine. Huge mistake because this man should be in prison for all the disgusting lies he's been telling people since HIV came out in the 80's and all the insurmountable lies he's told over and over again I've lost count he's lied so much. He literally ruined careers of people who had found cures for HIV, yet this loser only cared about fame and money and this 80 year old creepy jerk also has had this position since Reagan stupidly hired this sick, narcissistic, racist jerk. I've got many Drs, nurses, biologists etc., that all know him personally and so many things to warn Trump about this guy and how he should have been fired years ago. They all are going to file lawsuits against him and during discovery, the world will finally see this sick bastard for exactly what he is. A criminal, a pathological liar. The list again is endless... It's over. You apparently don't care about how you come across at all to the public. This issue of acting as if the world likes this guy is a sick joke. So because I've again noticed the incredibly awful downfall of your magazine. He's saved zero lives. He's only worried about making money from a disgusting vaccine that will ruin people's lives. This vaccine will change people's DNA and also chip people like some kind of dog. This was never and still isn't a vaccine that this creepy bastard who again, once all is, 100% out in the open about Him, Birk, Redfield and Collins, they'll all have their medical licenses stripped away from then and along with some clown who came from a billionaire family, Bill Gates, why is some tech nerd suddenly going around the world stating that 7 billion people need to be vaccinated, meanwhile this $#*! isn't a Dr., or any kind of scientist. He ruined Dr. Judy Mikovits career who worked with him for over 20 years. Look at her interviews you can find all over YouTube and the book she wrote an incredible book called "Plague of Corruption "... she'll describe or outright tell people what he did to her to ruin her career because she refused to do unethical things he demanded she do or, because of all, unfortunately he slipped under the radar, he's still at the White House and it seems that president Trump is finally and hopefully listening to the Dr's and nurses who have all written him and explained to him about how terrible of a person he is and it gave me hope that since I heard Fauci state that Trump hasn't talked to him in 2 months. This gives me hope that a fantastic Dr. That he is listening to these amazing Dr's that are all telling the truth. Trump is taking Hydroxychloriquine because one of the Dr's who wrote to him advised him that he had a 98.9% success and recovery rate of his using Hydroxychloriquine, Azythromycine and zinc. It costs only $20 dollars and what did Fauci state the minute her heard that Trump was taking it. He said that this 75 year old drug that's been incredibly effective to all patients per ALL Dr's who tell the truth. Fauci says this bs that was done over 75 years ago. Testing via placebo effect, test trials, peer review studies. He had done none of this at all for any vaccines via the CDC, etc... They've paid off BILLIONS for all these vaccine injuries, autism being the worst and on the rise. How did vaccines go from 6 vaccines to 75 since 1989... Get real... this is more than proof that this has been the main cause of autism because Big Pharma is just like the mob. All they want is people sick as hell to keep making money.
